Rowena is a Strategic Consultant with six years of experience in film and television industries. She has previously worked for International Creative Management, Miramax Films and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rowena has interest and passion for urban development work and has worked for a number of charities including Alpha International, Holy Trinity Brompton and London City Mission.

Patrick is Managing Partner of a general practice of Chartered Accountants in Central London. He has particular interests in the structuring of businesses, both corporate and non-corporate, their taxation and that of their proprietors and managers. He has worked extensively in the charity and not-for-profit sector.

Jan works as a trainer for SPEAR, a charity that works with young unemployed people in the Hammersmith area. Her previous working life has included recruiting and training volunteers for a charity in Croydon and working as an Area Training Manager for Pret a Manger.
Jan is from Ireland, and planned to move to London for 2 years. 10 years later she is still here! She likes travelling, watching sport, meeting up with friends, inviting people over for food, watching films and playing board games. She dislikes DIY!

Ruth Cameron has seven years experience in business partnering and strategic management. She is currently working as the Financial Controller of Retail and Operations for Flight Centre (UK) Limited. In the midst of this, she took some time out to travel and study theology, and was working alongside Viv at Operation Mobilisation at the time Formation was birthed.

Rupert worked as a commercial lawyer in London before studying theology at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford and being ordained as an Anglican clergyman. He has worked for two London churches as an Associate Pastor with responsibility for evangelism.

Emily is a barrister specialising in fraud, but also works with families whose children are in care, and with those injured at work. She has been appointed by the Attorney General to prosecute cases for government departments and is elected to various bar committes. Emily has been a member of St Paul's Hammersmith for five years and a life group leader for two years.
