Characteristics of a Great Team Leadership
1) Knowing who I am
Position with God, community, gifts and identity
2) Knowing what I am doing
Job clarity, clear expectation and evaluation.
3) Knowing where we are going
Clear task, full ownership and adequate resources.
4) Knowing and trusting those I am doing it with
I cease to trust you when I sense I have no influence over you and when I perceive
you have stopped growing.
